■Q1-1 What kind of computer specifications do I need?
The required specifications for this site are the following:

■Q1-2 Do I need any specific software to play the movies?
Windows media player (ver. 7 or higher), which is normally already installed in windows, can be used to play the movies, so no specific software needs to be downloaded.

■Q1-3 I can't seem to download with my Macintosh!
Please place your cursor over the Download start button while holding the ctrl key and a function menu should appear. Please choose "Download the link to disk" from the menu.
However, in order to play the movie we recommend Quicktime (plug-in "Flip4Mac" will need to be installed).
※The free version of Flip4Mac is only for playing movies.

■Q1-4 All of a sudden I can't download anything anymore!
Reasons for this may be failure of the membership renewal payment, reaching our site's generous download limit or improper use of your computer or browser while attempting to start a download. For more information, please contact our support team.

Concerning payment

■Q2-1 Am I liable for any extra fees such as telephone fees for calling overseas?
Besides the fixed periodic fees and FT purchased fee for our site, we will not bill you for any other fees.
Besides this there will be no other fees from international phone services and such. In case you are using a dial up modem to connect to the internet, the only fee you will need to pay should be a local one from your phone to your provider's local access point.
■Q2-2 What's the difference between international forwarding and international phone lines and such?
International forwarding means the server is located abroad, which is no different from users accessing a server via the internet in their own country. In the case of international phone lines and such, you will be billed for extra fees for the distance and period of the connection. Please rest assured that our site does not employ such fraudulent practices.
■Q2-3 Will I be billed in Japanese Yen or in USD?
All customers will be billed in USD ($). The exchange rate of the time of payment will be used. Although the bill will state USD, you will be charged in your local currency.
■Q2-4 In case of payment by credit card, when will I be billed? Will my membership be automatically renewed?
The day your membership fee is deducted from your bank account will depend on your credit card company.
"Furthermore, this site employs an automatic renewal system, so as long as you do not cancel your membership, the payment will be incurred automatically.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit us the cancellation form at least 10 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account."

Concerning registration and login

■Q4-1 What's the minimum period for using this site?
This depends on the membership period you chose and can be 30, 90 or 180 days from the day you registered.
■Q4-2 When I press the payment button, an error occurs.
"Please make sure you filled in all the required fields. Your user ID and password may only consist of alphabet letters and numbers.
Spaces, hyphen (-) and underscores (_) etc. are not accepted. If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and send it to our support team."
■Q4-3 While signing up as a new member, I accidentally filled in a wrong e-mail address. Can I still correct it?
Please contact our support team about this and make sure to give your user ID and password for verification.
■Q4-4 Can I pay using a bank transfer?
We're very sorry, but at the moment we do not accept payment by bank transfers.
Our site accepts payment by credit card.
■Q4-5 I am not able to register with my e-mail address from a free e-mail provider.
A Due to security issues with free e-mail providers (Yahoo, Live Mail, Google, AOL etc.) we currently do not accept membership registrations with such e-mail addresses.
However, even with e-mail services from paid providers, sometimes e-mail from our site may not arrive due to security issues. Since important information regarding your membership needs to be sent from time to time we will need you to register a working e-mail address in order contact you.
■Q4-6 I registered as a member, but I didn't receive the payment confirmation e-mail.
When the payment is completed an automatically generated payment confirmation e-mail from the billing company will be sent to the email address you filled in during registration. Please verify that your e-mail software does not filter out e-mails from our site as junk e-mail and check your junk inbox or change your e-mail security settings.
In case none of the possible reasons stated below apply, please contact your credit car company. For any other questions or inquiries, please contact our customer support .
・The credit card number or expiry date was not filled in correctly.
・For an unknown reason the card is unusable
・・You tried to pay with a credit card which isn't from VISA / Mastercard / JCB or their affiliated credit cards.
・Some required fields were filled in using characters or symbols other than alphabet letters and numbers.
■Q4-7 I can't log in!
Please verify you fill in your e-mail address and password correctly. The e-mail address and password are capital sensitive. Please also check if you received the registration confirmation e-mail from our site.
■Q4-8 I forgot my password.
Please click the link "Forgot ID / password" on the left side or bottom of our site and fill in the e-mail address you registered at our site. Within 24 hours we will send you your password using this e-mail address.
■Q4-9 Please tell me how to cancel the membership and how long this will take.
This site uses an automatic membership renewal system, so as long as you do not apply for cancellation of your membership it will be automatically renewed after each term.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit us the cancellation form at least 10 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.
When your membership cancellation application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered e-mail address within 48 hours.
Please note that you may continue using our site until your membership term expires, even if you cancelled your membership at the beginning of the term.
■Q4-10 Although my membership period has expired I can still download movies.
Since credit card payments may take a few days to be implemented, you may still be able to use our site for a short while even after your membership period has expired.

Concerning Fat Points (FP)

■Q6-1 What are Fat Points?
Fat Points are prepaid points you can use at our site and are needed in order to download PPV (Pay-per-view) content (movies, photo series). FP can be purchased in amounts of 30 FP, 52 FP, 108 FP and 220 FP using your credit card.
■Q6-2 Can I use FP to pay my monthly membership fee?
We're sorry to say that you cannot use your FP to pay your membership fee, this can only paid by a credit card. FP are used to purchase downloadable PPV (Pay-per-view) contents (movies, photo series).
